Edinburgh castle from the Botanical gardens

We walked through Edinburgh to the bead shop where I whiled away some lovely time looking at all the fabulous things. G was very patient! Then we went up to the Botanical gardens which we enjoyed.
Back at the hotel the fire alarm went off and we met up with my colleague and her partner while evacuating! We retired to the pub to watch the game and then on to Pizza Express. The fire alarm went off again around midnight (for the third time) which was not appreciated.
