Sea Pinks

After a weekend of heavy rain and strong winds the weather cleared in the early evening so it was off to Sumburgh for a wander. One of the fields was full of thrift and I can't really get enough of thrift (also known as sea pinks). One mass field of them fantastic. Not quite my favourite wild flower but there at number two.
