Vacuum
Last night after coming home from 4th of July festivities, I sat in my bed to watch a few episode of Friends. Little did I know, there were two spiders just chillin' above my head. One of which jumped onto my hand. Then I flicked it off and had to chase it around the room. I ran downstairs furious because that was the 4th spider I had found in my room in 2 weeks. Then I went back upstairs, looked up, and another huge white one was sitting on my ceiling. BLECH. I killed it and then refused to sleep in my room. I spent last night on the couch after ripping the sheets off of my bed and putting all of my clothes in a laundry basket to be washed and everything on the floor in garbage bags so that it could be out of the way.
Today, my room was vacuumed. The whole thing. All of the furniture was moved, the cover on my light was taken down to see if there were more spiders in there (there weren't), and now my floor is clean!
That is the purpose of the photo! Look how nice the floor is. My actual room still isn't clean, there are several piles of C-R-A-P--well, maybe it's not crap, but there's just so much of it--that need to be put away, but at least there aren't any spider houses sitting around my room.
I've been told 5 spiders in 2 weeks isn't unusual and I know it's supposedly good that they're there, but I would really like not swallow spiders while I'm sleeping, thank you.
