Elderflower Cordial
After a wonderful evening with Mr & Mrs Wray we woke up the next day and enjoyed a very fresh, home grown, 'Jones Farm' organic egg on toast. Yum. We then had some fun helping round up the sheep in the field with the farmer who rents the land. After that we left Si to make a quiche for lunch while Eva and I went out to collect a load of elderflower heads to make elderflower cordial. Here you can see Si and Eva bottling up a batch that Si and Vic had made a few days earlier.
Both the quiche and the cordial were extremely good! :)
