Heartfelt

A late blip tonight - late home due to a work event. Usual busy workday, but I did manage to squeeze in lunch with a much-loved friend who I hadn't seen for ages, and catch up with all her amazing travels and news.

Thinking about it on the way home tonight, it struck me how important it is to nurture those friendships that feed your soul.
