No broadband today, and I was reminded just how rubbish BT are.
The good thing was I didnt get irate this time as after a couple of calls I remembered a few things......that any attempts to contact them are futile, just how much time I wasted last time and how many times I had to repeat the same thing to different unintelligible operators...... then I just accepted all that and did something else.
I did laugh when I rang at first, on my mobile, to tell them that the phoneline wasnt working and they actually asked if that was the number I was ringing from!!! Later they also suggested that I used their online help to fix the broadband connection problem!!!
