Tar mac

When we were leaving for the office today we got a little held up.
Long Furlong was having a surface laid
We saw the stop and go man
We saw the steam roller pushing the stones into the tar
We saw the wet tar
We saw the man laying the tar

All backwards of course! since we were following them on their 'mobile roadworks' It was really quite amaizing.

On the way home they had finished but there must have been an accident as the council lorries were damping it and swirling the stones around (oh and there was a police accident sign) It took nearly 45 minutes to do a 20 minute route!

But the road looks good
