Missing Lives

At the ICRC launch of Nick Danziger's book 'Missing Lives of the Balkans'. The book was launched alongside a photo exhibition of some of the 15,000 people still missing a decade after the Kosovo, Croatia and Bosnia conflicts ended.

Hundreds of families, to this day, still do not know what became of their loved ones. It's unimaginably tormenting, yet one of the less recognised consequences of war.
