Angela

After yesterday's episode with my eyes (backblipped here), this morning I had the pleasure of going to have some blood taken for tests. It was a cakewalk in comparison. Luckily, I am completely cool with needles.

This is Angela, who is one of the nurses at the practice. It has to be said that this particular medical practice is an example of how things should be run. Pleasant receptionists, who interact with you instead of talking at you, nurses who have all been there a long time and know their patients personally, and a set of doctors with various specialisms (horrible word, but I can't think of an alternative) so you can always see someone with a modicum of expertise in whatever ails you.
