Bookmarks

I am fostering three sisters who I send to public school so they can continue their education as the best way to uplift their lives and be productive citizens of society. It is now their second year living under my care and also their second year of going back to elementary school.

Today, they came home with a bunch of bookmarks, election campaign paraphernalia they use to promote their candidacy to an elective position in school. It brought back memories of my own days in public school when I used to make the same bookmarks and give them out to schoolmates for name recall.
