Lunch....

Hi today i went to Norwich cathedral where i had lunch with the vicar ... we then walked along the river bank and talked about life... he gave me lots of advice and the fighting spirit to know that honesty and truth are the only way forward.

I feel much more positive and know that I have the support and belief to continue....
