Well, I've never seen that before!

While I was playing rounders with the Cubs tonight all eyes turned to the beautiful blue sky. There, amongst a couple of wispy white clouds and a vapour trail or two was a section of a rainbow. Strange enough that there wasn't the remotest hint of water in the wispy clouds. Stranger still that the rainbow was upside-down!! What is this strange phenomenon?!
