Insulator Washing

My insulators for my power lines were looking a touch grungy so I thought I'd scrub them down...

Caution Tech Stuff: Several hours after posting I found time to add two behind the scene shots. The first one was having to move the insulators much closer together. Here's how it looked when I shot them.

To keep the look up angle and get the lighting right I shot myself on top of a very tall ladder. The wireless camera remote is in my wash glove. Here's a shot of me from the top of the ladder.

The background clouds and the power station images were all done as 3 shot HDRs. Enjoy...
