The Evening Shave

My Dad had an impressive plane collection. Not the flying type, but the shaving wood type. Big long wood block planes, short steel carpenters planes, German jack planes, rabbet planes, shooting planes, rebate planes. You name it, he had a plane for it.

This is the face of the smallest one. It's tiny and quite cute; only about 9cm long. No idea exactly what you'd use it for.
