From the Deserts of Sudan.....

....to the Dunes of North Juteland. As it's another grand day so it's off to see the strange and wonderful Rubjerg Knude Fyr - or the Lighthouse That Ran To The Sea.

This was a lighthouse that was initiated in 1900 at 60 meters above the sea and 200 meters inland next to the village Løndstrup. Over time the sea has eaten the cliffs and the sand has almost cover the light itself forming huge dunes.

It should fall into the sea with in the next ten years. I want to be there to see that.
