Silliness with water pistols in the garden again this afternoon. I have what I think is a beautiful portrait photo of Son One, but he insisted I blipped this one instead "Because it shows how much fun we were having Mummy" - have to say though it looks like Daddy is having all the fun here!

Not much achieved today, which is just how weekends should be I reckon. Fajitas for tea which were yummy, but I overdid the chilli a bit and the baby chomped into one bit of chicken then objected. He was happy with a guacamole and salsa tortilla instead though - the table was less so!

Just settling down to watch the football - I'm deaf in one ear now thanks to how loudly Son One cheered Germany's first goal! We had a family tournament - each of us picked a team from each group, then followed them through. Son One's was Germany. I'm rooting for Holland tomorrow. Beer for The Husband, glass of rose for me, and a weedy shandy for the boy - "that's THE LAW when you're watching football you know!!"
