Bibby Challenge

Not very inspiring today but maybe of some interest. What do you do when you have a multi-million pound construction project and not enough locals and not enough accommodation for the 600+ people you need? Answer you tow a barge from Bergen to Lerwick to house around 300. The Bibby Challenge is in town for around 6 months while the new gas plant at Sullom Voe is being built.
