The Secret Garden

it started with a gum tree ad. I needed a ticket to the Latitude festival and as usual the event had sold out. James is coming back from the Jordan and several other friends will be there. How can I afford to miss out? Anyway, to cut a long story short, the ad was answered and I went to pick up the ticket from Golders Green (while handing over a substantial sum). I used to live here so know all the good places to go. I had Tia with me so we went over to Golders Park - which is one of my favourite parks in London. It has it's own free mini zoo and the park is superbly maintained by the ground staff. The best thing about it is it's hidden corners, nooks and crannies. I'd been going here some time before I wandered through a small copse of trees and found another world on the other side. This is just one shot of many I took of this amazing spot. In terms of feeling calm and tranquil, it's perhaps my favourite place in the whole of London.
