Morning Constitutional

It's amazing the amount of people out and about for a bit of "me " time early on a Sunday morning.

...I go out with my camera ..this guy goes jogging ..errr well ok .. he goes fast walking .. some go with dogs .. some don't .

Being near water .. even the Thames ...is such a release , especially if there are only a few people about :)
