Liquid Gold

E and I made two batches of lemon curd this afternoon.

6 fresh lemons, 6 large eggs, lots of butter and hours of effort resulted in 3 rather pitifully small jars to sell in his school fund raiser, and 1/2 a jar for us at home.

It was definitely liquid gold to us!
