Good morning world!

I love Sunday mornings. I love waking up a bit later and walking out into my back garden for the view in todays blip. Everything just takes on a more relaxed feel and time moves that bit slower.

It was a speedy ride into work today on my 'fast' bike, but I paid for it coming home....

Packing my stuff tonight for a 'mini adventure' with some work colleagues tomorrow. Three of us are heading into the hills after work with our bivi bags with the intention of spending a night in the open on top of a hill somewhere.

Not a good day in the mountains for Armstrong today. A bad day for Wiggins as well. I wonder if anyone here has been to see the TDF?
