Broad Bean Bed

Dinner- Broad bean risotto with grilled lamb cutlets.
Trying to broaden (excuse the pun) the dinners that we have from the regular rota. never made a risotto before, and it was a success! Not hard as you'd imagine!

Got fresh broad beans and had to de-pod them. It was a first time for me, and so cute in their little furry beds! I wouldn't mind being a broad bean in my broad bean bed! Cosy :)
