I thought about stealing one of these hot water bottles. They had been left outside a charity shop.

It wasn't for me you understand, it was for Pat, she likes a hot water bottle whilst she's away from home and her dogs and her cat and her husband.

I mean I would have popped back on Saturday and given a donation.

And the shop would not have known.

And on Leith Walk the chances are someone else will have taken them before the shop opens in the morning.
