How not to kite surf

The poor guy this air ambulance was for broke his leg kite surfing!

We were on our way down the cliff to the unspoilt end of Mundesley in Norfolk. The sea was surprisingly warm and we all went swimming, until cousin Ralph stood on a weaver fish.....we had to leave earlier than planned as no one would pee on his foot to stop the excruciating pain !!!
