Attention grabber

In my lunch break I strolled through a park and this sticker on a bollard caught my eye.

Don't stop and stare?

Okay maybe sometimes but other times I'll be perfectly frank and admit I'm one of the biggest people watchers out there.

What makes people tick? Why are they like that? Why do they speak the way they do? What makes them laugh? What makes them happy, sad or cry? I'm intrigued.
