Scooping Rocks

This thing is at a nearby park. It's pitiful to say, but I have a really hard time doing. I can't ever get the movement quite right to actually scoop up rocks. I also think it is a sort of funny thing to be considered a toy. I guess it seems more like work than play to me :)
