Lake Muskoka day 3 - Island neighbours

We were invited to the next door neighbours for drinks - 500m along the shore line but we went by boat. To make the trip on foot would have taken half an hour at least and probably another sprained ankle for me - it's a very rough, rocky, steep and tree lined shore.

The visit was a riot - sitting on their boathouse deck as the sun set, we laughed, joked and chatted for hours. Such friendly and welcoming people - we were still cracking jokes as we set off for home.
