Cracked

When I saw this soot-stained motley chimney pot in a recycling yard many years ago it was love at first sight. Ever since it has been a favourite garden ornament. It sustained the crack when the kid I once had used it for target practice. Boys, as they say, will be boys.

In large you can see the tiny lichens that are adding texture to the pot.
