Heather the dug at the Victoria Bar in Leith. My friends who look after her - own seems such a strange word - are both chefs and they work long and irregular hours. But there's no shortage of friends and volunteers on hand to take Heather for a walk. We were sitting in a back booth where they exhibit local art when she jumped on top of the booth and stood next to the lights.
