SHARK!!!

I had a mixture of thoughts as to see such a beautiful creature on ice sent me into a self-confessed hypocritical overdrive. I love the taste of fish but there is something so primeval about a shark that it commands my deepest respect.

I can just imagine the fisherman saying "you should have seen the size of the one that got away"!
