Arrival

Cyclops and I took a few days off work to go up north to stay in a croft that has been in the Cyclops family for many many years. Cyclops was there most summers as a child, and I am the third generation of MrsCyclops to go up there. When Cyclops's grandfather first came upon the croft it was abandoned, and much work has been done on it over the years. Even so it is pretty basic - a mile from the road end with no electricity or water.

The croft is at Camas A' Ghlais' Lean The nearest 'village' to the croft is Reiff, or the nearest place you might have heard of is Ullapool.
