Chinese pizza?

This was our dinner this evening - Chinese crispy duck pizza - home-made of course! I used hoi-sin sauce as the base instead of tomato sauce, and topped it with crispy duck, spring onion & mozzarella, and garnished with rocket and baby chard leaves...

However... this is husband's pizza. Somehow, mine turned out REALLY rubbish. Pity really. Don't know what happened, but it was swiftly washed down with a couple of large glasses of Italian Shiraz... mmmmmm.... :-)
