customer came in with a problem today his gears would move from high to low but wouldn't drop into the smaller rings, this is the guts of the problem the barrel on the end of the gear cable had doubled over and jammed the internals. A quick 10 minutes of surgery and bobs you mothers brother (or in my case your dad's dad.) makes for a nice macro too.
