Chillin'

This lasagne is prepped and chillin' nicely in the fridge ready to be topped with mozzarella and tomatoes before being shoved in the over tomorrow night for Mum, A'desk and K.

Today was Day 1 of my course on helping people deal with 'Bereavement and Loss'. It is a three day course I am on and it takes place at the Armed Forces Chaplaincy Centre called Amport House!

It's a beautiful house in lovely grounds, but we only spent the morning there before heading into Salisbury to get shown round an undertakers and then visited the crematorium to see the bits behind the scenes. Fascinating! They made sure we didn't see anyone though!
