SHADOW OF THE TRUTH

I pity this, that it is intended, to be a reflection of nature, of a flower. I do not find it pleasing, not to my eyes, for I see this, only to imagine then the real flower, not this poor copy, and so find it poor, in direct comparison. A magnificent painting, of the same flower here, would be different, it would have tried to reflect truley.
