Indian Nations Parade

No chance to take pictures yesterday. Had to run home to look after the kids so that my wife could go to the hospital where her mother had been taken by ambulance after collapsing at home.

Good news is eveything is ok. Just needs some adjustment to her blood pressure medication.

Back at work today, but ran out for a quick lunch with the family at Bowness Park. We met up with friends from Hay River who were on their way through as they relocated to Nova Scotia. It was a quick visit, but good to see them again.

Saw this parade as I was heading to catch the C-Train on the way there.

Although not shown in this shot, I was quite amused by one gentleman in his full regalia, sipping a cup of Starbucks astride his horse!
