The Village Cricket Match

During the few minutes that I was watching the village cricket match I saw lots of action - a few sixes, a couple of fours, a handful of missed catches and a two batmans called out. For once I appreciated the "slow" game! In the summer they play on these grounds every Wednesday and Sunday evenings, before they retire to the local pub, The Cricketers.
