Fallen

It has been an emotional couple of days for me. I've recently moved to Bristol for a new job and had the time of my life for the past eight weeks. I've already made some incredible friends - but I've also left some very special people behind.

And then - there are those who are gone. I've been thinking about her a lot lately...

But as I crouched down by my bedside to get my make-up wipes, I noticed this doll. She'd fallen from the table. I picked her up and she made me smile.

Likewise, someone is always there to pick me up when I'm down. Today, I am so thankful for those I have around me.
