Long Exposures Anyone?
I think I've decided to treat this a bit more like a blog than just a photo site. Today me and friend went up to Rocky Mountain National Park to seek out some new boulders to climb (I'm a rock climber). Anyway, we decided to explore a field under Terra Tomah mountain which, to be honest, didn't look to be very far away (only 2.3 miles according to a map). However, I think we greatly underestimated the steepness of the hike, the difficulty of the bushwhacking, and the quality of our weather. We ultimately made very little progress and had to head back in a downpour. Not so much fun, but I'm sure we'll be back.
As for the shot, my friend brought a tripod and I decided to take a long shot of a small waterfall. Not a terribly original shot, but I like it.
