Pull-ups

This may get changed later as I am off to Liverpool this afternoon and the Isle of Man this evening, and I am sure better photo opportunities will present themselves.

This is me doing pull-ups which have been getting ever more numerous, yet still rather low in number, over recent weeks. I picked a blurry one so as not to emphasise my weediness, oh and for artistic value of course ;)

Thanks for all the comments on yesterday's blip. I was pleased with it. The quote was from Matthew Parris in the Times a couple of years ago and referred to Gordon Brown's ability to respond well to a crisis such as the financial one, but not to other important policy issues that (he saw) as just dragging on without key decisions being made. Clearly my use of the quote was not meant to be political, nor was the image, but, as Clarabelfrance commented, the sentiment applies much more widely.
