How do you make a CD look interesting?

Did some more work on some promo pics for a work mates' venture on the side. Up until this point I quite liked the idea of doing product pictures. However, trying to catch someone's attention with a photo of flat disc of plastic is quite difficult!

Hope they're ok for him. I've had a few troubles with dirt on lenses (and maybe sensor) which only show up when photographing things against a white background.

Can't say I'm best pleased with the results, but it's all been a bit short notice!
