disabled man

a man who is less fortunate because he was born in a less than perfect physical condition. although not physically perfect, but he has a passion for living his life. disability does not mean can not do anything. disability is not a barrier to doing a thing.
but persons with disabilities can be a beggar, it's not their willingness. It is said, there are four factors that determine their fate. First, because of the lack of attention to local government. Second, the commonness factor family that each have their children with disabilities to be submissive and serve as a beggar.
The third factor is the lack of skills due to lack of care the government and the party can afford. And finally, people with disabilities from being exploited by people who are lazy to work. do not let you take advantage of the disabled to earn a living.
