Torture

No idea why this trolley needs to be hanged like this. It's night time. Actually it's deep into the night. Everybody should be sleeping now. Except this poor trolley. Being hanged up on the wall. Isn't it street space below big enough for it to lie down flat and comfortably? It must have done something very wrong. Its master have no choice but treat it like this.
