Peppermint Creams

After yesterday today was defs a lazy day. Went to Roseanna's with Ruth. We played boggle - I was rubbish. We then played scattegories (much better!), Roseanna and I got a tie score.
After much deliberation, we then made peppermint creams like we used to when we were younger. Slightly more green mixture than anticipated...
