Looking up

Our Lady and St Peter Catholic Church in East Grinstead. I see this church every day that I go in to the office and it fascinates me. It's almost Italianate from some aspects and certainly central European from others. I'm told that when it was last repainted it was a very bright pink - this has weathered down now. It's one of three churches in view from the front entrance to our building - the other two are The Moat URC and St Swithuns in the town centre.

East Grinstead is well blessed with religious connections; the UK headquarters of the Mormon church is just up the road as is the UK headquarters of the Church of Scientology.
