Happy Birthday Elissa!

Today was my college roommates birthday, so I drove to her house which is about an hour away and surprised her! Another one of our friends, Sam, had surprised her yesterday for her birthday and he was at her house when I arrived, but she wasn't. So we watched a movie and waited for Elissa and then she came home to see me sitting on her couch. My surprise was successful!

THEN a little later the doorbell rang, and it was our friend Jesse: another surprise! She had no clue we were all showing up (means good planning on her mom's and our part). Yay!!

So the four of us were reunited again. I didn't think that would happen until December when Sam got back from his semester in Australia (that's why we all met at Marist last Saturday, so that we could all hang out before Sam left next Friday).

Anyways, we went out to dinner with Elissa's family and friends from home to Ido's: a Japanese restaurant where they cook your food in front of you. It was really fun!
