view from the tent

today we hiked for about 4 hours into the mountains, to a little village called chididi. it was sweaty, but great. you think you're doing well and then you get overtaken by an african carrying an entire tree. brilliant.

we're pretty much the only white people that come to stay in this village and so we are pretty much surrounded all of the time.
