Worth waiting for

Got my shot of a heron! i did post one earlier but wasn't my favourite, i saw a family today mum and dad flew past me and one landed on a log on opposite bank, then as i stooped down to take my chance the young un who i hadn't noticed was standing below me got spooked and flew over to his/her parent, and this is the resulting shot :)

Tried to get a shot of them in flight don't know who wasn't capable of it me or camera.
