Time after Thyme

I can't believe how many shops I had to trawl around to get fresh thyme!
I have friends coming for lunch tomorrow and am trying out a Lemon Butter Chicken recipe (that we had at Moniack last week) for the first time and really wanted to do it by the book! I hope it is worth it.
I am hating not having a car these days. Some tasks seem such an effort.

After a dull week I had lunch with two lovely friends today in the bar at Olorosso overlooking the rooftops of Edinburgh. But as one of them was a fellow blipper and captured the scenery much better than I could I decided to share my hard won foliage with you instead.
