but what i really wanted to show was the noise of the river flowing over the weir which is what you can hear from the garden. but i had to make tea

at work i realised that my presence may be highlighting things that other people arent managing to do. that's a bit tricky. and had my first bit of direct and open disagreement with a colleague - having been in empathy and agreement mode. it was quite minor so i hope to make amends tomorrow.

cb1 ran and we ate our tea in front of the telly. cb2 went on a school trip, lost his spending money but told me the shop was the best bit and can we go back with another one pound coin and buy a remote control dinosaur with it... then he fell over, bit his lip, bled profusely and was consoled by a chocolate muffin and a crafty game of hangman.
